I believe this test demonstrates that the standard
hashchangeevent is broken.In
onHashChangeEvent,fireNowandlastURLvalues are different, and appear to capture the last [sic] and next [sic] hash values.e..g
however, later, the
lastURLandnewURLvalues are compared, and they are identicaland the event is never fired.
